Lauren Hess is the owner of PEL Virtual Assistance, a VA (Virtual Assistance) firm based out of Avondale, Pennsylvania. Prior to her opening up her own business, Lauren worked for the U.S. Senate as an Executive Assistant and Scheduler to U.S. Senator, Chris Coons in Wilmington, Delaware.
Given her excellence in secretarial services and networking, Lauren opened up PEL Virtual as a way of creating smarter strategies for her colleagues and friends to help them take their businesses to the next level. PEL Virtual now works with a variety of local and national businesses, providing them with experienced assistance from a team of dedicated professionals. Lauren also created PEL Virtual as a way of serving her clients, while still attending to her family, (fun fact: PEL are the initials of her three children!)
Although PEL Virtual is only two years old, Lauren has over 13 years of experience in high-level executive administrative assistance, business management and small business ownership. Lauren gained her entrepreneurial spirit through her Dad, the hardest working person she knows. Lauren strives to work like her father and carries that passion into the work she does for her clients. She's excited to serve her community, proud to employ several assistants (who are all based in the USA) and eager to help you grow your business!
In her free time, you'll find Lauren in her garden or at her children's sporting events. She also enjoys entertaining friends and family, reading thrillers and spending time with her two dogs, Arrow and Harley.

Tricia has an excellent grasp of all social media platforms and has an impressive history of growing audiences and creating posts that capture our clients’ voice and message. She also has an extensive background in construction and trades administration and is excellent at subcontractor coordination, project execution and consistently follows up on pending items.
Aside from her work at PEL Virtual, Tricia supports social media for a major country music artist and two national retail brands!

Heather is a digital marketing specialist with 6 years of experience in content marketing strategy and project management. Prior to joining the PEL team, she worked for the largest nonprofit association for yoga teachers and schools where she managed email, web, and social media marketing.
When she's not crafting custom marketing strategies, Heather spends her time teaching and mentoring young minds. She's currently a Social Studies teacher, and prior to her foray into K-12 education, she mentored college freshmen in social entrepreneurship. She also teaches yoga and mindfulness to students and staff after school.
Heather is passionate about helping small businesses and entrepreneurial ventures thrive in the digital space, specifically through content marketing. In today's information age, content is king, and Heather's writing/editing expertise is an asset for any business looking to stand out in a crowd.
My name is Nicole, I am a real estate professional and I have worked on a top producing team of agents servicing all of South Jersey since 2012; while I maintain my real estate license, I don’t actively practice but look forward to helping you build your real estate business.
I grew up in West Grove PA, until moving out of state when I met my husband of 12 years. We have 4 very active children that keep us busy!
